• Executes the research and development of concepts translated through sketches and renderings into technical drawings for construction.

• Responsible for the bidding and negotiation process for selecting contractors that aligns the final design to accommodate the client’s budget, and when necessary finding value engineering and construction phasing solutions.
• Oversees and executes the research and development of concepts translated through sketches and renderings into technical drawings for construction.
• Implemented new tasking efficiencies and office standards by training the team to use Asana, Procore, and communication tools resulting in improved operations and productivity.

• Produced the construction documentation set which included document exterior details, schedules, and project specification manuals. • Created the firm’s presentation proposal for the Collider Activity Center Competition in Bulgaria.
